Despite how simple this legend is as a build-around, players seem to love it
As explained earlier, counterspells are generally classified as aggressive interaction, but given that they are cheap enough to be cast with leftover mana after casting a win condition, and that an opponent's response to your action is basically an instant, counters that can cheaply negate instants can be called aggressive interaction

Finally, flickering (exiling and returning to the battlefield) works weirdly for double-faced cards
At four mana, the best use for Razor Pendulum is discarding to Masticore (a fellow four-drop artifact) or sacrificing to Krark-Clan Ironworks (hey look, more four-drops!)
If your deck and/or sideboard include multiple copies of Built Bear, you can circle different options for each Built Bear as long as the choices for each one are clear and understandable to all players
