Magic: The Gathering has been running for literal decades, and while reprints will always keep making harder-to-find cards a little easier to collect, there are some cards so rare that they become almost like urban legend

You will still search and shuffle your library if you control no Shrines when the ability resolves, but you won't get any lands

For example, if you control Eladamri, Korvecdal ("You may cast creature spells from the top of your library") and Ondu Knotmaster is on top of your library, you can cast Ondu Knotmaster, but not Throw a Line

It is a bit dodgy to get something like a Blood Artist back as well what with a 0/1 attacking not being ideal
