To be fair, storm wins feel a bit unfair to me, because you cannot counter their set up since you'll just add to the storm count, and then when they cast the main kill spell, it you cannot just counter the kill spell since you have an entire stack

Even Lightning Bolt has some passable redundancy in Chain Lightning, Burst Lightning and Galvanic Blast

Plus its a side loader so the card will be easier to slide in without messing up the cello flaps

If someone casts another spell after it triggers, but before that trigger resolves, then it will trigger again
